We at Challengers are members of Constructionline and are included on their approved list. The list is used by, amongst others, Local Authorities and Housing Associations for selection of Consultants. Constructionline give Challengers direct access to a broad Client list. BSI - Quality assurance Challengers are BSI ISO 9001 registered and operate a complete and approved Quality Management System. This enables a consistent approach to our services and regular internal audits. BSI also carry out frequent external audits. The Practice Quality Manual is continually upgraded to comply with changing regulations and environment. RICS The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors: As Chartered Surveyors we comply with the regulations of our Institution. Our qualified Surveyors are either Chartered or completing their training to be Members of the RICS. The RICS is a forward thinking professional body with detailed professional standards published for a wide range of our professional duties. The Institution also provides a wide range of advice to the general public in respect of land and property matters.
